Heather Dubrow's Show Gets Two Award Nominations!
Find out what the 'RHOC' star's other project, 'Sequestered,' is up for this April.
Congrats are in order for Heather Dubrow!
The Real Housewives of Orange County star's other series, Sequestered, has just been nominated for two awards at the 2015 International Academy of Web Televisions Awards. The Crackle series will face off in two categories: Best Dramatic Series and Best Ensemble Performance (Drama).
Heather's series is up against Aeternus, CTRL, Guidestones: Sunflower Noir and Whatever, Linda in the Best Dramatic Series category. Meanwhile in the Best Ensemble Performance (Drama), the show is up against Nikki & Nora, Out With Dad, The Banks and We Are Angels.
Since it's debut last year, the courtroom drama has followed a jury trying to reach a verdict in a high-profile murder case, when an attack on one of the members causes them all to get sequestered. Heather plays a sassy juror who immediately disagrees with one of the other jurors. Whatever magic they all had on set worked and now they've landed two awards for their work on the series, which premiered last summer.
"Congrats to everyone on #SEQUESTERED for our two IAWTV award nominations!" she shared on social media about the award. "#bestensemblecast."
The 4th Annual IAWTV Awards will take place on April 15 in Las Vegas. Sequestered also stars Jesse Bradford, Summer Glau and Patrick Warburton.
After the show premiered last year, Heather chatted about the show's award-worthy premise. "It's a drama, but it's sort of procedural because it is a trial and that sort of thing," she shared. "But it's really the ins and outs of being sequestered, this jury, and what happens."
