Gretchen Rossi Fires Back at the Housewives
The RHOC star takes aim at her fellow 'Wives following first reunion special.
It's been a few weeks since Gretchen Rossi and Tamra Barney sparred while taping the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion. Tamra revived old rumors about Gretchen being unfaithful to her then-husband. But even though time has passed, the dust hasn't settled. And Gretchen has taken to her blog this week to sound off on the fight—and more.
This time, Gretchen laid out her points in a carefully numbered list,which she says are "just the facts." Here are some highlights:
1. Malibu Country may be canceled but the drama with these ladies surrounding the show is never-ending.
Gretchen maintains she was offered a part on the show and says she presented the following evidence to her cast mates, "I brought a voicemail saved on my phone from my agent regarding the offer, where she clearly states 'They want you for Malibu Country.'" She says she also showed Heather Dubrow and Tamra Barney an email confirming the casting.
2. Gretchen feels she's surrounded by liars.
Gretchen accuses both Tamra and Alexis Bellino of flip-flopping. She claims Tamra tells lies on Twitter and then quickly deletes them, "Seems as if when she believes she is going to be held accountable for her lies, she quickly wants to delete them. If there was any truth to what she said why delete the posts?"
She also says Alexis changed her tune about an interaction she witnessed between Gretchen that certain male friend years ago—first saying it seemed innocent but now saying it was more. "Funny how these women change their tune according to how they feel about me in the moment," writes Gretchen. "Why does it seem no one can be consistent with their stories? Maybe because that's what happens when you lie."
3. Gretchen accuses Vicki Gunvalson of setting women back.
Gretchen feels Vicki's not respecting her as a professional woman is anti-feminist. She writes, "Vicki trying to demean me or say anything differently as if she knows anything about my financial status or "business" is mean-spirited, ignorant, and flat out degrading towards the woman empowerment movement of our time."
