Gretchen Rossi Dishes on Her Wedding Plans

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi proposed to Slade Smiley in song, and even told Andy Cohen she's starting to think about an August date for the big day (but don't hold her to it!). So what else can she reveal about her upcoming wedding?

For one, it will be televised.

"I feel like I've shared the last four years of my life with the audience and with Slade," Rossi tells Life & Style. "I feel like it would almost be kind of unfair not to allow the audience into this part of my life as well. People want to see the fairytale ending, so I feel like I am obligated to share this special moment in my life on camera."

And Rossi isn't kidding about the "fairytale" part—she says she's planning on scouting international locations for her elaborate nuptials.

"We're talking about visiting a bunch of Italian cities in the fall to pick a location," she reveals. And that spot is going to be pretty specific: "I have this vision of being in the middle of a beautiful winery with the sun setting and me walking through floral arches."

But no matter where Gretchen and Slade wind up hosting their wedding, she'll just be thrilled to be alongside her longtime love. The actual proposal was "a really emotional moment," she admits. "I've never been so overwhelmed with just sheer joy and happiness."
