We Have a Major Update on Gina Kirschenheiter & Emily Simpson’s Friendship
The RHOC cast members are revealing where their relationship currently stands.
Gina Kirschenheiter is opening up about where she stands with Emily Simpson these days. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member took to Instagram to share an update on their relationship, which hit a rough patch during the last season of the show.
Though the duo have had their fair share of ups and downs, it looks like they’ve managed to patch things up, as Gina recently confirmed on social media. On August 29, the mom of three proved their friendship is still going strong, sharing a photo of the duo smiling while posing together outside of a restaurant.
“Love you Em! @rhoc_emilysimpson,” she wrote in the caption of the picture, also adding a hashtag that reads “real friends.”
Gina also revealed that the two have been spending plenty of quality time together over the last few months, writing, “I see you every week but it’s nice to take a pic not in sweatpants out of the house.”
One thing the duo can bond over: learning to navigate their new roles as in-home teachers. Both moms recently opened up about helping their kids continue their education remotely, sharing glimpses at their respective home school set-ups.
"I thought for sure my teaching days were over in 2002 when I pulled away from the last high school I taught at as a Spanish Teacher and was excited about a new journey ....Law School," Emily wrote in a recent Instagram post. "18 years later and I’m sitting at my dining room table trying to teach kindergarten to two 5 year old boys for free. Well played universe."
