Fredrik Eklund Shows Off His Jaw-Dropping $150 Million Listing
The MDLLNY and MDLLA alum says the luxurious beachfront estate was perfect for the "royals".

Fredrik Eklund is continuing to make waves in the Miami real estate market.
Since relocating to Magic City in 2023, the Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum has secured some of the most coveted listings in the region. We’re talking everything from a $29,500,000 mansion in Coral Gables to a $25,900,000 unit at the Grovenor House to a 125,000,000 penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
Fredrik continued the winning streak in 2025 when he was tapped to sell a $150 million estate on Palm Island — the ultra-luxe man-made island in Biscayne Bay.

Fredrik announced the listing in a January 22 Instagram post, confirming it included not one, not two, but three mansions on 2-plus acres of land.
“New listing alert,” he captioned the carousel. “The Palm Compound! Just listed today at $150,000,000, by yours truly. The three mansions feature a total of 35,000 interior sqft on a massive 92,000 sqft lot with 300 feet of linear oceanfront, with multiple swimming pools, docks for yachts and best in class when it comes to flexibility, security, privacy and space for staff.”

The photos showed off the estate’s jaw-dropping waterfront views, lush surroundings, and Mediterranean-style architecture. The highlights included pools for each property, yacht docks, a gated barrier island, and four-car garages.
According to Mansion Global, the mansions were built between 2008 and 2016, and feature a total of 21 bedrooms, 25 full bathrooms, and six half baths.
“It doesn’t work for everyone, but the three houses together give the new buyer a lot of flexibility, especially for larger families like royals with big staffs and security needs,” Fredrik told the outlet. “There is some hope that Florida will continue to rise [and become an] electable [option] for billionaires and the elite. The stock market and Bitcoin are at all-time highs. And Florida has seen several mega-sales at $100 million and higher in the last few months.”
Fredrik shares a glimpse at his new NYC apartment
In addition to running his real estate empire, Fredrik is also settling into his new Greenwich Village apartment. The Swedish-born businessman confirmed the purchase in September 2024, explaining why the property was so significant to him.
“It’s always such a special feeling buying a new home full of new beginnings,” he wrote in an Instagram. “New York is always a home to me. This building is very special as I signed the very first contract after having worked on it in pre-development for years with the team. I just knew how beautiful it would turn out.”
Since then, Fredrik has shared a few sneak peeks at his NYC digs, including its beautiful artwork and unique furniture pieces. You can get a glimpse at the space here.
