Dorit Kemsley and PK Cheer on Son, Jagger, As He Takes on a New Challenge: "So Proud"
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom is "so proud" of her adorable son for having the "courage" to try something new.
Dorit Kemsley is bursting with pride for her little one. In a series of recent Instagram posts, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mother shared the major first that her 9-year-old son Jagger had accomplished— meanwhile, her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley's reaction was priceless.

Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley travel with Jagger for his first chess tournament
In a January 21 Instagram Story that Dorit shared, PK was heard chatting with their son, who was about to experience his big first as he takes on a new challenge. "Jagger, where am I taking you today?" PK asked in the video. "My first chess tournament — and I'm very nervous," Jagger replied.
When PK asked, "What's daddy's clear instruction?" the young chess player responded: "Take care of the family business!" PK responded: "Go take care of it son."
In her next batch of Stories, Dorit shared a look inside the tournament, which had five games total. As it turns out, Jagger won his first match — and his second one too! After that, it looked like it was time for a lunch break. To caption a video of Jagger with a slice of pizza in his hand, Dorit wrote: "Recap of round 2 ... 'Best comeback ever!'"
In the video, Jagger adorably explained his big comeback, sharing that he had been down 14 points. "Then all of a sudden, my mind wasn't even thinking; it was just my body doing the work, and I beat [my opponent]!" he shared.
After round three, however, Jagger shared that he had lost his most recent game. "I tried my best, but I played a lot worse than I usually do," the Beverly Hills kids said.
However, his parents' pride was unwavering. In an Instagram post that she shared after round three, Dorit wrote: "As [Jagger's] coach said, he should feel good if he wins two out of the five games at his level."

At the end of the last game, Dorit returned to Instagram with a summation of the day. "This little angel won his 4th game and lost his 5th game," she wrote. "So proud of him for having the courage to enter a chess tournament after just a few short months of learning. "
Her post continued: "He won 3 out of 5 games against very strong players. Well done for staying calm, focused, and determined the entire day baby!"
