Dorit Kemsley Shares a Look at Where She Woke Up Amid PK's Birthday Week: "Love" (PHOTO)
It looks like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is on a beach vacation with her kids while PK is traveling with Boy George.
Dorit Kemsley is officially chilling out amid her separation from her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley. After The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member announced that she separated from her husband on May 9, the estranged couple has since been focusing on their children, their careers, and playing coy about whether they will get back together.
But Dorit is now focusing on herself and getting in some time at the beach. Dorit took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Aug. 21, where she posted a video from an unknown tropical destination by the water. In the stunning video, Dorit panned around where she showed off the turquoise pool, palm trees, and white lounge chairs, facing a beach, as the waves crashed upon the lush green shore.
Although it's unclear where Dorit is, it's clear that it's somewhere tropical and the perfect place for her to decompress amidst the current chaos of her life.
"Love waking up to this," Dorit wrote over the photos, accompanied with a heart-hands emoji. She later posted a video of her with her kids during some pool time during the trip. She captioned the moment: "When did these munchkins get so big?" She also marveled at the fact that her son was big enough to carry his sister on his shoulders during their swim.
She later shared in additional Instagram Stories that she "never" wanted to leave her "mini break" she's on with her kids as it was what her "soul needed."
How PK Kemsley is Spending His Birthday Week
While Dorit hangs out in an unknown location, her estranged husband is gearing up for his birthday celebration. PK has taken to his Instagram account this week while he has been on tour with Boy George, who he manages.
On the same day that Dorit was posting from the beach, PK was in Orange County, California, warming up for Boy George. In a video, posted to his Instagram account on Wednesday, PK can be seen on stage, speaking to an empty arena. "Good evening, Orange County," PK said in the video. "Thank you so much for coming out to see me on my birthday week! All my fans. I love you!"
In a post to his Instagram feed earlier this week, PK revealed that his birthday is on Friday, Aug, 23, and will be turning 57. Naturally, he will celebrate in Las Vegas, at a Boy George concert the day after. "I'm feeling good and happy to be turning 57 years young," he wrote over a photo of himself.
In the caption of the post, PK revealed that we will be attending the Boy George concert in Las Vegas on Saturday, Aug. 24, and, according to him, "the drinks will be on me!"
But, he won't be partaking in the drinking portion. On Aug. 13, PK took to Instagram where he wrote that he is now eight months sober. "To the person I was, I love you," PK wrote in the caption of the post. "To the person I am, I'm proud of you. To the person I'm becoming, I'm excited for you.."
"I echo everything you said," Dorit wrote in the comments.
