David Parnes and James Harris' New Homes Will Have You California Dreamin'
These abodes rival anything you've seen on #MDLLA.
Just as David Parnes proposed to the woman of his dreams, fiancée Adrian Abnosi, last season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, he also fell in love with his dream house, a super-chic abode in West Hollywood that was originally meant to just be an investment property that he would construct and sell. David started envisioning a life with Adrian in that crib and even considered making the home his own. However, his business partner James Harris brought David back down to reality and made him realize just how much money he could make if he stuck to his original plan and sold the home.
As David continues construction on another new home that he would actually be moving into with his fiancée, he's definitely glad he followed James' advice these days. "So we're building a house because James, actually, 100 percent he was right telling us to sell our one last year," David told The Daily Dish in November.
To which James exclaimed, "Finally, I'm getting credit!"
David's 4,500-square-foot home, which you can see under construction in the above video, is located in West Hollywood and has a modern aesthetic. With 23-foot ceilings in the living room, three fireplaces, and lots of light throughout, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is absolutely breathtaking.
David said the interior of the home will also include accents of Hollywood Regency inspired by Adrian's favorite designer Kelly Wearstler. He is extremely grateful that he could create this crib with his soon-to-be wife Adrian, who is an interior designer. "She's super-talented. She is probably one of the most talented people I know. She has such a good eye," he gushed. "I thought I was good, but I will make huge mistakes. Like, I don't see things the way she sees things, do you know what I mean? Like, 'Does this look good?' And she'll say yes or no straight away. It comes to her so naturally, it's bizarre, basically. But yeah, I'm super lucky to be A, building a house with her and B, planning a wedding with her. I love her."
The pad only gets better when you go outside. The 6,300-square-foot lot includes a pool and jacuzzi. The mansion is also bursting with terraces and balconies. "We look forward to barbecuing every single week," David said. "It's every exciting because we like to entertain. We'll have everyone around. James' kids, the dogs, friends. It's just nice. That's what we really want to do, to be able to entertain. This one will provide a really nice space for that."
Not to be outdone by his business partner, James also recently moved into a new abode, which he describes as a "very cozy, warm house." However, his is quite different from David's. For example, James' house is a Cape Cod transitional located in Studio City, which is "more of a suburban area, family-friendly, and lots of lovely stores and restaurants and coffee shops and ice cream stores for the kids," James told The Daily Dish.

Highlights from the nearly 4,000-square-foot home include an open floor plan, swimming pool, and a Thermador range. The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including an adorable space for James' daughters, Sofia, 7, and Chloe, 3.

Like David, James had to thank his significant other, wife Valeria, who really helped the family find the perfect home. "I'm very emotional, and I'm not as good at looking at a house for myself or my family," he explained. "And thank God my wife is because she can look at it differently. I'm just like, 'Let's get in there. Let's get in there. This is such a big jump for us. This is so exciting.' So thank God I had her there."

And James thinks he and his wife definitely picked a winner. "We love it. I'm in paradise. Never could I have dreamed of living in a house like this, and I'm ecstatic that we live there as a family," James said. "I never thought I'd be there, so I'm very happy."

Dream homes really do come true!
