Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae's romance fell apart after Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4, but were the two able to maintain a friendship?
"We don't really talk," Daisy admitted when she chatted with E! News ahead of the Season 5 premiere. That said, she doesn't hold a lot of ill will towards Colin.
"If he needed anything, obviously he could give me a call," the Parsifal III chief stew added. "But we don't really keep in touch."
Daisy did recently hear from the engineer after she spoke about him in a recent interview, though.
"I got a message from him the other day about a comment I made about him," Daisy revealed. "I hope he's not mad at me saying this, because I basically referred to him as 'dead weight,' which was a joke."
"He just messaged me like, 'Dead weight? Laughing emoji,'" she added. "Hopefully he saw the funny side."
What happened between Daisy Kelliher and Colin MacRae?
After working together for two full seasons, Colin and Daisy took their friendship to a romantic level on Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4.
The chief stew and the engineer left the boat together after filming wrapped, but their relationship came to an end just a few weeks later. As Colin shared on the reunion, "For a few weeks after the show, all of my energy was devoted to Daisy, and it started to turn a little bit toxic, which I am 50 percent responsible for. There’s no argument there."
Colin then called off his romance with Daisy, and he began to see a woman named Britt, who he had casually been seeing before filming Season 4. He denied ever cheating on Daisy, although she felt like there had been some overlap between her and Britt.
Is Daisy Kelliher dating anyone now?
During a recent exclusive chat with The Daily Dish, Daisy confirmed that she is single.
"No, never dating anyone," she told us when asked about the latest in her romantic life. "It lasts a hot minute and then explodes in my face."
