Cynthia Bailey and Riley Burruss Share Proof Their Bond Is Still Going Strong (PIC)

Cynthia Bailey was in great company during her recent trip to the Big Apple.
Last month, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum took a break from her busy schedule to reconnect with Kandi Burruss’ eldest daughter, Riley Burruss, for a night out in New York City. Even though the duo kept their mini reunion under wraps, it did seem like the two were in good spirits with each other’s company, and we have the photo to prove it.

Taking to her Instagram Story in June, Riley shared an adorable selfie of her and Cynthia from their epic gathering. The Atlanta natives looked stunning in the snapshot as they embraced each other with warm smiles. Both ladies were in full glam as they twinned with nude lips and served up fierce looks that were impressive. Cynthia wore a monochromatic black outfit, while Riley chose a brown fringed ensemble.
“From ATL to NYC,” Riley wrote on her Instagram Story, adding a yellow heart emoji.

Shortly before heading to the Empire State, Cynthia opened up about the newest addition to her family. Back in May, she introduced her followers to her new furry friend, a Pomeranian puppy.
“Meet Bobbi!!!” Cynthia captioned her Instagram carousel, which showed her holding the cute four-legged pet. “Oh Bobbi Bailey? I like it!!! Lol. He is 3 months old!!! I just met him today [and] I am so madly in love with him already.”
In the dog appreciation post, Cynthia mentioned that Bobbi reminded her of Bailey, her family’s previous dog that died earlier this year.
“As most of [you] know our beloved Pomeranian Bailey went to doggie heaven a few months ago,” Cynthia wrote in her Instagram post. “Most of his life he lived with my mom [Barbara Morris] because of my busy work travel schedule. We miss him sooo much, especially my mother. He was her best friend. Soooo she decided to get another pom puppy.”

As for Riley, her life happenings have been quite eventful lately. In June, she attended the Tony Awards with her mom, Kandi, and Kandi’s husband, Todd Tucker, who were nominated for Best Revival of a Play for their Broadway production of The Piano Lesson.
This wasn’t the first time Riley showed support for her mother. Back in April, she and her stepsister, Kaela Tucker, took a break from their NYC lives to cheer on Kandi at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C., where Kandi performed with fellow Xscape members Tameka “Tiny” Harris and Tamika Scott.
Kandi posted about the surprise appearance from her daughters on Instagram by sharing a cute family photo of them all along with her husband, Todd. “Our babies came to DC to see #Xscape perform last night,” Kandi captioned the pic.
