Chris Manzo Just Crossed a Major Item Off His Bucket List
The #Manzod son is now a published children's author.
The Manzo'd with Children siblings are all grown up, but Chris Manzo will always be a kid at heart. Now Chris is sharing his wonderful imagination and sense of humor with the world in his new children's book Oliver Brightside, which hits stores Friday, April 15.
The book, written by Chris and illustrated by Lisa Adams, follows the titular character as he finds a lucky penny and goes on an incredible adventure through the streets of New York, meeting talking pigeons, hot dog vendors, and cabbies along the way.
"So excited to finally show everybody what has been keeping me so busy the last few months! I can't thank enough people for helping me accomplish what has been #1 on the bucket list for my entire life," Chris wrote on Instagram announcing the book last October.
Of course, Chris' mom Caroline Manzo couldn't be prouder of her son's accomplishment. "To see your children realize a dream is priceless. Congratulations @chris_manzo - celebrate," Caroline wrote on Instagram a little more than a week before the book's release.
Chris will be holding his first book signing ever at the Barnes & Noble Union Square in New York on Saturday, April 16. Even though Chris recently said on Twitter that he doesn't consider himself an author just yet, we'd have to disagree.
