Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval Reflect on that Emotional Vanderpump Rules Panel at BravoCon 2023
Following the BravoCon sit-down, the Vanderpump Rules cast members each shared their take on the tense panel conversation.
ICYMI, BravoCon 2023 kicked off on Nov. 3 with an emotional and tense sit-down for the Vanderpump Rules cast. The crew came together to hash out where they stand today in the wake of the drama and fallout that resulted after Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval broke up in March 2023 after nearly a decade together, which played out amid Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules.
During the BravoCon 2023 panel sit-down, Tom reflected on the events that led to the split, and he shared if he had any regrets about the events that unfolded. “Yes, of course, I would have done things differently, but I can’t really look towards the past," he said, to which Ariana responded afterward, “Any apology was essentially rescinded with whatever the hell was said after that.”

During the BravoCon 2023 panel, Sandoval shared why he remained in the circle of friends following the drama: “I’d rather stand here and face it."
And while it appeared as if some mending had happened for Sandoval in the group, Ariana noted, "We’re not going to be acquaintances or friends. No thanks.”

And, after the panel ended, it seemed like the former couple remained in a tense place. After Sandoval gave a red carpet interview with Access Hollywood in which he commented on how he perceived Ariana's demeanor during the conversation, she shared her take on that comment to E! News, telling the outlet that "I don't think he was planning to [apologize]."
As for if he believes he and Ariana have had closure in the wake of the BravoCon panel, Tom said in the separate interview with Access Hollywood, "No, not really."
What's Next for Tom and Ariana? Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules!
Fans will soon get to follow the former couple's journey when Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules premieres in January 2024. A teaser for Season 11 premiered during BravoCon 2023.
According to a press release, "Season 11 returns in January and follows the former SURvers as they pick up the pieces following a scandal that sent shockwaves through the zeitgeist. With resentments, acceptance and shifting alliances, this group attempts to navigate the lines drawn in the sand while rebuilding friendships, developing their businesses and healing from past relationships. The cast includes Lisa Vanderpump, Ariana Madix, James Kennedy, Katie Maloney, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, along with friends Ally Lewber and Brock Davies."
Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, Ariana Madix, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy will all return for Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. They will be joined by friends Ally Lewber and Brock Davies.
"I’ll say something without saying something," Sandoval teased about the new season in an interview with BravoTV.com. "There’s definitely something that you don’t see coming that happens, that’s not involved with me."
