Kate Chastain Says This Below Deck Med Crew Member Is Giving Her "Rocky Vibes"
"I know this is a bold statement," the Below Deck chief stew said.
Kate Chastain has been keeping tabs on the Below Deck Mediterranean crew as Season 4 airs Mondays at 9/8c, and in doing so, she has found some major similarities to her own experience working on Below Deck — namely, one of the Sirocco yachties reminds her of someone she used to work with: Below Deck Season 3's unforgettable third stew, Rocky Dakota (clip above).
"I know this is a bold statement but June is giving me Rocky vibes," Kate said of Below Deck Med's new third stew, June Foster, on Twitter Monday night.
Luckily, it looks like things are going more smoothly so far for Below Deck Med's chief stew Hannah Ferrier and second stew Aesha Scott as they get acclimated to working with their new crew member after Anastasia Surmava stepped into the galley following Mila Kolomeitseva's departure earlier this season. As you might recall, Kate and second stew Amy Johnson's experience working with Rocky in Season 3 of Below Deck was, well, rocky. "That was the most difficult season I’ve ever worked," Kate said of Season 3 on Twitter.
But it's another Season 3 yachtie that has earned the distinction of Kate's least favorite Below Deck crew member of all time. "I would say my least favorite was Chef Leon [Walker] just because he had a combative attitude at all times," Kate said during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 15.
