Ariana Madix Sounds Off on the "Hurtful" Things Scheana Said "Behind [Her] Back"
Vanderpump Rules' Ariana Madix addressed those comments Scheana Shay made behind her back.
Scheana Shay expressed her mixed emotions towards one of Ariana Madix's recent career opportunities on Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 7.
The longtime Vanderpump Rules cast member opened up to SUR boss, Lisa Vanderpump, about the jealousy that she faced when she heard that Ariana, her friend, got cast for Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars. This is because she had been very vocal about wanting to join the show for the longest time.
This was all unbeknownst to Ariana, who addressed Scheana's comments during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on March 12.

Ariana told host Andy Cohen, "I mean, on one hand I can totally understand being happy while also feeling like oh you did also really want this thing for yourself. "But on the other hand, my thought process is that if one person from our show gets on it, wouldn't that help someone else from our show get on it?"
During the time of filming the dancing show, Ariana told Page Six that she thought that Scheana would be great on it, and has stood by those comments.
"So what's good for the goose is good for the gander, and that's kind of where I'm at with that," Ariana added.

Ariana also opened up about how she wasn't aware of Scheana's feelings about wanting to forgive Ariana's ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, as seen in the clip above.
"During the time of filming I definitely was not aware of the things behind said behind my back," she said. "And, I love Scheana dearly, but a lot of things that were said are very hurtful. Specifically, it's hard to pinpoint something, it's just kind of this general attitude towards me that I've been seeing that has been pretty hurtful."

During VPR Season 11, Episode 7, Scheana opened up to Lisa about an emotional moment she shared with Tom on a recent cast trip to Lake Tahoe. Scheana explained that she is grieving their friendship and feels like she can't accept Tom back into her life because she doesn't want to hurt Ariana.
"It's just hard when I try to tell her how I'm feeling when it comes to Sandoval," Scheana told Lisa. "She literally said, 'I don't wanna hear about it.'"
"I've done everything I can to be ride or die for Ariana, but is it not enough still?" Scheana continued in a confessional. "I'm afraid to express how I feel because it's not been about me. It's never been about me; it's only about her. So I'm struggling with having any conversation with her lately because I feel like I'm not valid in my feelings."
