Ariana Madix Teases "Some Developments" with Tom Sandoval's Assistant, Ann Maddox
Find out why Vanderpump Rules' Ariana Madix has some concerns about Tom Sandoval's assistant's "job description."
As fans know, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have continued to live together in their Valley Village home since breaking up in 2023. Though the exes remain under the same roof, they abide by a strict no-contact policy, which we get to see on Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.
The order was put in place to prevent Ariana and Sandoval from talking to one another, as they communicate through one person: Sandoval's assistant, Ann Maddox, whom viewers met in Episode 2 of the series.
While Ann’s job seems simple, which is to assist Sandoval with his daily schedule, it appears that her duties are starting to become blurred.
In a preview clip for Episode 8, which will air on March 19, Ariana weighs in on Ann’s role in which she also criticizes Sandoval’s management style for making her take on tasks that aren’t what she believes to be part of her job description.

Ariana Madix questions Ann's job duties
While preparing for Scheana Shay’s arrival at her home, Ariana walks in on Ann cleaning up after Sandoval’s pool party. “Oh my god, there’s so much sticky sh-t on the floor,” Ariana says, to which Ann replies, “Yeah, I’ll mop it.”
From there, Ariana said, “That’s so not what you should be doing.”
During Ariana’s confessional, she further speaks on the confusing matter of trying to figure out why Ann is cleaning up after Sandoval instead of assisting him. “Like what exactly is Ann’s job description?” she quips in the clip above. “She cleans up after him. She does his laundry. She’s taken on like a mother role.”
Sandoval clarified in a separate interview that one of Ann’s tasks at hand is “housekeeping."
Is Ann Maddox still Tom Sandoval’s assistant?
Ariana teased what's next for Ann while appearing on the March 12 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after the host asked his guest if she had hired Ann on her team.
“No, I don’t have an assistant, but there will be some developments,” Ariana told Andy.
While in the Bravo Clubhouse, Ariana also took the time to clear up if she regretted putting Ann in “precarious” situations with her and Sandoval due to their no-contact rule. “I don’t think so. I went no contact with him for very good reasons, and there's just certain things that had to be worked out,” she clarified.
