Since Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix split up in March 2023, they've continued residing in the same Valley Village house.
Though the exes are still living under the same roof, they've maintained a no-contact policy. Instead of talking to one another, they largely communicate through one person: Sandoval's assistant, Ann Maddox.
After mentioning Ann on the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere, viewers got to really meet the personal assistant on Episode 2 (which aired on February 6).

Who is Tom Sandoval's Assistant, Ann Maddox?
According to her LinkedIn page, Ann has been working as Sandoval's personal assistant since December of 2020. Before she started working with Sandoval, Ann was a server and an assistant for a private client. She also has experience as a transcriber, and she has several acting credits listed on her IMDb.
What to Expect from Tom Sandoval's Assistant, Ann, on Vanderpump Rules Season 11
Ann made her Vanderpump Rules debut on Season 11, Episode 1, which aired on January 30. Ariana discussed how she maintained zero contact with her ex.
"We communicate via his assistant Ann, which is great for me because I don't have to look at his stupid face, but bad for Ann because that's literally her job," Ariana joked in an interview on the Season 11 premiere.
She later revealed that Sandoval had enlisted Ann's help to glue a flute back together (the flute was broken in the days following Ariana and Sandoval's split).
On Episode 2, Sandoval asked Ann to communicate with Ariana about the prospect of hosting a birthday party at their house. Ariana initially declined, but Ann later reached out with the compromise to have all of the guests out by midnight. The Something About Her co-creator agreed, and Sandoval was able to host the gathering.
