Lala Kent may have been talking about her own life when she said “hindsight’s 20/20” during Part 3 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, but the notion certainly applies to Ariana Madix’s debacle with Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

Ariana herself made this point when host Andy Cohen brought up “the mother of all gossip bombs” that Ken Todd dropped on Season 10 Episode 13, which was that Raquel had stayed the night at Tom and Ariana’s house while the latter cast member was out of town. As the Watch What Happens Live host put it, “Ariana, looking back, I mean, it does seem like a giant red flag.”

“Oh, absolutely,” Ariana responded. “But when you’re in love with someone and you think you’re gonna spend the rest of your life with somebody, you go, ‘OK, well, if I bring something up and they tell me an answer, I’m gonna believe that answer because that’s my person.’”

Did Raquel and Tom actually hook up at Tom and Ariana’s house?

Tom, for his part, said that he and Raquel didn’t hook up during the sleepover, or any time in his and Ariana’s shared home for that matter. Fast-forward to the final five minutes of the reunion episode, though, and all that went out the window.

The last moments were devoted to Raquel’s final interview of the season, which was filmed six days after the Vanderpump Rules reunion taping. “I think it’s important to me to tell the truth,” she began. “I think that I’ve been lying and being so deceitful this entire time that I don’t want to lie anymore. And it’s all out there anyway, like the worst is out, yet I’m still finding myself having to lie about specific timeline things.”

Raquel went on to break down the actual timeline of her and Tom’s affair, which apparently included a hookup at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding. Even more shocking, though, was Raquel’s revelation about the aforementioned night at Tom and Ariana’s house (and their home in general).

“[There’s] one story that we’ve agreed on getting straight,” she said. “And I know that the reason why Tom wanted to lie about it is because it’s a really bad look to hook up with someone’s boyfriend in their own house when they’ve gone out of town, especially for a funeral of all things. I don’t know. This f-cking killed my soul. I am so sick of lying. I hate it. I hate being deceitful. It’s horrible.”

Following the three reunion episodes, Bravo will air a “Secrets Revealed” episode with additional dramatic and scandalous moments behind the affair that jolted the zeitgeist. Tune in on Wednesday, June 14, at 9/8c.
