Ariana Grande Just Slayed Some of Whitney Houston's Greatest Hits
The powerhouse vocalist proves yet again there's no song she can't crush.
Whitney Houston's greatness is hard to beat, but Ariana Grande's soaring vocals seem to be a close match for the late R&B queen's talent. Ariana appeared on the ABC concert series Greatest Hits on Thursday and she slayed two iconic songs from Whitney's legendary catalog.
Taking the stage in all black everything, paired with sky-high silver boots just for an added bit of sparkle, the powerhouse vocalist first busted out Whitney's signature track "How Will I Know." Once she wrapped up the flirty single, she kicked up the diva dial all the way by performing "Queen Of The Night" which was featured on The Bodyguard soundtrack.
Actually after watching Ariana perform that medley, she's officially the queen of our weekend playlist. Take a bow, girl. You deserve it.
