Are Naomie Olindo and Chelsea Meissner Still Friends? We Have an Update
The Southern Charm pals provided a glimpse into their current relationship.
On Southern Charm, Chelsea Meissner and Naomie Olindo went together like gin and vermouth. But what’s the status of their friendship these days? After all, both women have had lots of changes in their lives lately, from Naomie’s moves to Chelsea’s pregnancy (see more about her bun in the oven below). But if you’re wondering if they’ve stayed in touch throughout it all, wonder no more. A recent Instagram share from Naomie clears everything up.

Naomie recently took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of herself with her old pal. The two ladies had giant smiles on their faces as they bent their heads together, and Naomie placed a loving hand on Chelsea’s bump — which happened to conceal the guest of honor. The two were posing at Chelsea’s baby shower, where Naomie was clearly a welcome guest.
Chelsea shared the same photo in her own Instagram Stories and added a caption that will make any Southern Charm fan’s heart melt. “Aunt Omie,” the mama-to-be wrote, adding a heart-studded emoji.
Chelsea’s Stories also offered a glimpse of the shower’s gorgeous details. The event featured an intricate balloon sculpture, customized art pieces for each guest, and a lush tablescape set with floral linens, rattan chargers, and flowers in green glass.
Naomie and Chelsea outdid themselves in the style department, wearing bright summer dresses that made both ladies look positively radiant.
Chelsea Meissner’s First Pregnancy
Chelsea announced her pregnancy back in April, and she did it in the sweetest possible way.
In an adorable Instagram video from April 26, Chelsea shared a series of sonogram photos. And although Chelsea didn’t explicitly state the sex of her baby (or whether she knows what it is), the video is scored by Jack Johnson’s song “My Little Girl.”
In the caption of her post, the Survivor finalist revealed how her pregnancy was helping her heal from the August passing of her beloved late rescue dog, Tyson.
“The circle of life is a powerful thing,” she wrote. “When Tyson passed, I knew I could never love another soul nearly as much unless I had a child of my own. [N]ow here we are with one on the way. You just never know what God has in store for you.”
