Heather Dubrow Reveals All About Her Recent Run-In with Vicki Gunvalson

It's been a little while since Heather Dubrow and Vicki Gunvalson shared the screen on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Heather departed the show after Season 11 and has returned for the current Season 16, while Vicki exited RHOC after Season 14.

But, as we all know, the OC can be a small town, and Heather revealed during the December 1 Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show that she has run into Vicki since their time on RHOC together — and it wasn't so long ago, either. "I ran into her in the middle of shooting this season [of RHOC]," Heather said in the above clip, before teasing, "Which informed some interesting things that happened later."

"And I love her," Heather added of Vicki.

The subject of the RHOC OG came up during the WWHL After Show after a member of the virtual audience asked Heather about her reaction to Vicki's split from fiancé Steve Lodge earlier this fall. "I really don't know [Steve], but I just wish Vicki the best," Heather said.

It turns out that Heather has lots of friends on the West Coast. Later in the WWHL After Show, host Andy Cohen asked Heather if she's tight with any Housewives from the other franchises. "Lisa Rinna and I have known each other for, like, 30 years. We were in acting school together years ago," Heather shared. "Love her, she's amazing."

Heather opened up a bit more about her longtime friendship with Lisa in a Season 10 episode of RHOC. "I was new in L.A. and in my 20s. You know, I don't remember actually ever going up for the same role," Heather recalled of her and Lisa's early days in Hollywood. "But we would do time in the folding chairs, that's what we'd call it, the long hallway with the folding chairs where you'd sit and wait to go in for your audition."

Lisa also appeared in that episode of RHOC where Heather asked her for some advice in the home shopping space as she and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, got ready to launch their own skincare line. "Lisa Rinna is the BEST! We were in acting class together years ago and she always makes me laugh!" Heather said of their catch-up sesh on RHOC in a 2015 BravoTV.com blog post. "I am so thankful to her for her sage advice about relationships and shopping channels! Thank you, Lisa!

In fact, Heather has plenty of pals over on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. "Garcelle [Beauvais] and I have worked together for years. Love Garcelle," Heather also revealed in the WWHL After Show. "Kyle [Richards] and I became friends through this situation, and I adore her as well."

We'll raise a glass of champs to that!
