Andy Cohen Had the Shadiest Night Ever with Phaedra Parks During His Book Tour
"I cannot wait to rip him to shreds," the #RHOA attorney joked before her talk with the #WWHL host.
No one knows how to get inside the minds of Real Housewives quite like Andy Cohen during season-ending reunions and every night on Watch What Happens Live. However, The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks turned the tables on Andy (and not in the Teresa Giudice sense) when she led a conversation with the Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries author during an Atlanta stop on his book tour Sunday night.
Phaedra teased that she wasn't going to hold anything back while hanging out backstage at the event with Andy. "I'm so excited. I cannot wait to rip him to shreds," she said in a video posted on Andy's Instagram feed. "I think it'll be very entertaining."
It sounds like the talk, which took place at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, didn't disappoint. Andy and Phaedra dished on everything from the author's love life to RHOA reunions to the Housewife Phaedra would like to swap places with (it's Lisa Vanderpump, in case you were wondering), AJC.com reports. The two also discussed their pre-RHOA connection when Phaedra served as singer Bobby Brown's attorney when he filmed his 2005 Bravo show, Being Bobby Brown. During that time, she also worked with Andy when he was an executive running programming for Bravo, according to AJC.com.
Andy and Phaedra were all smiles as they met up with another Georgia Peach at the show: Married to Medicine's Quad Webb-Lunceford.
The WWHL host had high hopes for his sit-down with Phaedra. "Phaedra, I think, will be a really good mix of giving me a lot of crap and giving me digs, but also she'll read the book and give me a really smart, great interview about the book," he previously told The Daily Dish (clip above). "And Phaedra's interested in so many things, that I'm just interested to hear all the different things she responds to in the book. And I love the idea of a Housewife turning the tables on me."
After also sitting down to gab with pal Sarah Jessica Parker at the 92nd Street Y in New York last week, Andy has plans to talk to with RuPaul on December 1 and Senator Claire McCaskill on December 8 as he continues to hit the road for his book tour.
