Garcelle just snapped a selfie on December 17 in a shoulder-baring yellow top and wavy hair with bangs, showing off a beauty look featuring flawless glowy skin, smoky eyeliner — and lipstick in the vampiest shade of dark blue.
"Be as bold as your lipstick," Garcelle wrote in the caption. Sounds like she's just as fierce as this navy lip color!
