Danni Baird Just Bought Her First House: Get a Peek Inside

Danni Baird has a new place of her own to call home. "Closed on my First House today!" the Southern Charm pal announced on Instagram. "Thank GOD for my dear friend [realtor Erin Quinn Hanhauser] for having the patience (sanity) to find me a home during this home-buying inferno."

In one of the photos, Danni showed how she was already being welcomed to the neighborhood. "To top it off, my sweet new neighbors brought me flowers," she wrote. "And a succulent —> key to my heart."

"P.S. thank you to my parents for keeping me from cliff-diving," she concluded. "Quite the stressful time to buy."

Danni offered small peeks at the home in the photos of a white and gray kitchen, which is steps away from a door leading to outdoor space. As she begins to settle in, Danni already has big plans for the abode. In the comments of the post, Danni's realtor declared, "Now it’s time to build the She Shed!!!" to which Danni replied, "I can’t wait for the 'SHE SHED.'" 

Danni is just one Southern Charm-er making big moves as of late. Chelsea Meissner revealed last year that she had sold her newly-renovated home and recently shared that she is "pumped for [renovation no. 2]" to start. In January, Shep Rose announced that he sold his "naughty little house" in Charleston after just two weeks on the market, writing, "So many fun and wild times here in downtown Charleston. So fun in fact that [I] had to move to [Isle of Palms.]" 

Naomie Olindo is currently getting ready to say goodbye to Charleston. As she explained in a recent Instagram Story, she and Metul Shah are moving to New York City before July and are looking for "a 1 [bedroom] in NoHo, SoHo, Greenwich Village, maybe TriBeCa."
