Patricia Altschul Helps Kathryn C. Dennis Pick Out the Perfect Item for an "Ambush"

Not only have Kathryn C. Dennis and Patricia Altschul managed to put their differences aside, but they've also fostered a newfound friendship. The Southern Charm ladies have gotten tight lately, sharing girls nights and complimenting each other's beauty and style — even Kathryn's new apartment decor was inspired partly by Patricia. Now the Southern belles are going shopping together, too, like true girlfriends.
The Charleston fashionistas recently went shoe shopping at Gwynn's, and Patricia helped Kathryn pick out some badass heels in preparation for any scuffles that may come her way. "Shoe shopping with @kathryndennis .....she needs these for the next ambush #southerncharm," Patricia captioned a photo of Kathryn modeling a pair of dangerously spiked white heels. The caftan designer may be on to something here. We don't think anyone would want to mess with the mother of two while she's rocking those spiky shoes.
This sighting truly brings us joy. What better way for the fashionistas to bond than over some retail therapy?
