Everyone Has Feelings About Craig Conover's Eyeliner

You may have noticed that this season on Southern Charm, Craig Conover's look has some added flair. The pillowmaker has yet to be seen without both his ring fingernails painted blue (and it's for a great cause). 

On the most recent episode of Southern Charm, Craig took his makeup game to another level when he donned black eyeliner while hosting a "pillow party" at his newly-redone Charleston home. "Tried something new," Craig explained after moseying down the stairs freshly-showered, adding that the smudgy darkened eyes were "for fun."

So what were his cast members' reactions to the Sewing Down South founder's new lewk? Well, let's just say it was clearly impossible to ignore. 

Craig's always-handy new operations manager Anna-Heyward paused arranging the nuggets to ask, "Do you want a makeup wipe?" (An offer which Craig declined.)

"Yeah, Craig loves wearing makeup," chirped roommate Sean, who has clearly enjoyed his fair share of Craig's style choices. 

Candid as always, Cameran Eubanks stated quite plainly upon her 10-minute-early entrance, "Craig, you look like you have on eye makeup," to which Craig just as plainly replied, "I do." 

"Par-tay," Cameran responded to seal her approval for the rocker glam. "Woohoo!"

When Chelsea Meissner arrived, she immediately wanted to know what was going to happen at said "pillow party" — and what was on Craig's face: "What are we doing? Pillow fighting or learning to sew? Do you have eyeliner on?" she mused. 

That caused Cameran to realize that "he looks like Johnny Depp," (hey, that is not a bad thing!) with which Chelsea agreed, adding, "You should be wearing leather."

If anyone's asking us at The Lookbook, our makeup-loving hearts are full of joy watching Craig try out new looks. In fact, we'll just second Craig's own assessment of his personal style: "I think I look cool wearing eyeliner, and I think girls like it."
