Go Behind the Scenes of the Influencer Event for Josh Altman's $48M Listing
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent went all out to showcase the incredible property.
When it came time to find a buyer for his $48 million listing, Josh Altman knew he had to have an event that was just as over-the-top as the home itself.
"I wanted to up our game and find a unique way to sell such a special house, so we decided to host this soft launch event with all these influencers to get a buzz going and see if we're priced correctly," he said on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' August 25 episode. "We decided to partner with Vital Proteins, which is a wellness brand that has an unbelievable social media reach."
Of course, with a house full of influencers ranging from models to athletes to internet personalities, Josh made sure that every detail of the event was ready to be photographed. From the fancy food to the stunning Vital Proteins collagen-infused cocktails to the unique photo booth, everything about the night was crafted to perfection.
Vibrant Setting
To start the night, Josh headed to the bar for a Vital Proteins collagen-infused cocktail drink, which guests were treated to throughout the event. However, the colorful drink bar area made with Vital Proteins Collagen Water bottles was just one eye-catching part of the outdoor setup. As the party kicked off, the vibrant #LightsCameraCollagen photo booth installation was a hit among guests, including Josh's wife, Heather Altman, and Lisa Rinna's model daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Amelia Gray Hamlin.
To complement the extravagant abode, Josh ensured that guests were treated to a luxe evening as a glimpse into the vibrant Vital Proteins lifestyle. In addition to being greeted with Vital Proteins bottled Collagen Water immediately upon arrival, attendees were treated to the ultimate Vital experience including upbeat music from a DJ, personal tours from Josh and his team, and a variety of food including tartare on lime wedges, turkey meatballs, and ice pops.
Breathtaking Outdoor Space
Throughout the event, guests ate, danced, and drank around the resort-style 65-foot infinity pool, which featured a Vital Proteins Collagen float for the night.
As the hundreds of attendees mingled within the luxurious outdoor space, they were able to take in the unobstructed sights of Los Angeles. "This is arguably one of the best views in the city right here," Josh said.
During a tour, Josh noted, "At night, this place comes alive," and it's not hard to see why. After the sun set, the pool and expansive outdoor area were enhanced with incredible nighttime lighting perfect for entertaining. "I know a lot of people who would love to live here," model Camille Kostek said while chatting with Josh about the house. "Including myself."
Incredible Interior
The house is flooded with natural light, as seen in many of the seven bedrooms and living areas.
Featuring a stunning open floor plan, the expansive space also boasts four kitchens, a glass elevator, a garage, a wine cellar, and a wellness center.
As guests, including models Madeline Ford and Silvana Araujo and mixed martial artist Jorge Masvidal, toured the incredible home, many were particularly blown away by the massive primary bedroom and bathroom. "There are casual photo shoots in the bedroom going on right now," Kostek said while getting a tour from Josh. "That's how you know it's a beautiful home."
