Heather Bilyeu Altman Clarifies If She’s Had Plastic Surgery
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate pro even joked that she and husband Josh Altman are “much better looking” now.
A lot has changed for Heather Bilyeu Altman and Josh Altman in the past 10 years. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple has reached major career milestones, welcomed two kids, and, as Heather recently joked, become "a little more sophisticated and much better looking."
In an April 28 Instagram post, Josh shared two photos of the couple, one from 2012 and another from this year. As Heather reposted the sweet snaps on her Story, she was quick to clarify why she might look a bit different these days — aside from the 10-year time gap.
"Same place, same man, same [love]," she wrote. "And no, this is not after plastic surgery. (I did my nose two months before I met Josh.) It's less alcohol, wearing SPF, healthier habits, and better [makeup]," Heather explained, adding a lipstick emoji.
Back in December, Heather dished her skincare and makeup tricks to Bravo Insider. In the interview, she said her tip for clear skin starts with keeping it clean. "I just got much better about making sure I wash my face every single night before I go to bed," she said. "I was very bad about that in my younger years."
Heather also shared that her makeup bag is filled with "all types of stuff," including products from Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Laura Mercier, and Charlotte Tilbury. As for which items she uses, "It just depends on the day and what type of coverage [she's] looking for."
