This episode was insane! The Altman Brothers work with more athletes than most agents as our connections in the sports world is second to none. Sports agents trust us with their clients and know that we get the best deals around town. Our pocket listing inventory is also what separates us from other agents. The Altman Brothers have access to more off-market properties than anyone in LA. That’s a huge part of our business of selling a million dollars a day of real estate. Brian Wilson is amazing. One of the most fun clients I have ever had to deal with, and he definitely does what he wants when he wants. He is, however, very knowledgeable about the LA market and knows even more than most agents out there. The property he ended up buying is one of a kind and can’t wait to sell it for over 20M! The tattoo scene made Heather laugh so much. Definitely out of my element in that scene. If I did get a tattoo, you know it would be something to do with closing escrow or course.
Off to another speaking event in Boston to speak to a sold-out 700-person crowd for the Boston Assoc. of Realtors. Can’t wait to inspire everyone in that room!
