On November 11, Heavenly took to her Instagram Stories to share a sneak peek of her latest snap and (gasp) we couldn't believe our eyes. Dr. Heavenly, who stuns even in a white coat or with "messed up nails," posed mid-zip in a plunging, black leather blazer dress with matching leggings. The sassy, impromptu pic captured Heavenly with her tongue out as she tugged on her form-fitting blazer dress with corset details.
In the finished photo, Heavenly flaunts her fashionable look paired with waist-length, honey-brown, ombré curls and a bold red lip.
