Dr. Heavenly Kimes' daughter Alaura is almost all grown up, and is ready to take on 10th grade like a star.
On August 18, the Married to Medicine mom took to Instagram to sing her daughter's praises as she flaunted her fabulous back-to-school style. "First day of 10th grade... no internet! Hey @heavenlyglamco who does this look like?" the Atlanta-based doc mused.
In the photo, Alaura rocked an old-school, over-sized graphic tee with multiple gold necklaces, statement hoop earrings, and this chicest geometric glasses that we ever did see.
To top off her fierce throwback ensemble, Alaura sported a sleek, high-pony half-updo with side-swept bangs and the most perfectly manicured eyebrows that we've seen in a while. To complete her full '90s-era transformation, Alaura came through with the cocoa-lined lip and high-shine nude gloss like a true MTV queen.
The sartorial callbacks to some of our favorite R&B vixens was not lost on her mom. "My baby is growing up. Bring back that 90s TLC vibe!!!"
