Which Famous Friends Does Lisa Rinna Turn to for Advice on Momaging?
With mentors like these, Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray Hamlin are on the fast track to success.
Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's gorgeous daughters — Amelia Gray Hamlin, 16, and Delilah Belle Hamlin, 19 — have already seen considerable success as models. Earlier this year, Amelia Gray made her New York Fashion Week debut walking for Dennis Basso (NBD). And, both daughters appeared in Dolce & Gabbana's runway show in Milan.
But, as Lisa embraces her role as the models' manager, she's still seeking advice from famous friends. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal recently opened up to Entertainment Tonight about fellow moms who give her inspiration. And, one of them manages one of the most famous — and biggest! — families out there.
"I have mad respect for Kris Jenner,” Lisa said. “Let me just say that. I really do. I've always liked Kris Jenner, I now have mad respect for her, because she does it times six or more. I'm doing it for two and it is a full-time job! OK? [Managing my daughters' careers] is way harder than my own job, but I'm happily doing it. I love it so much, I wouldn't want it any other way. It is thrilling."
Lisa said that she chats with Kris frequently to get ace momager tips. And, the RHOBH actress also has a close pal who knows exactly what it's like to be the mom of a hot, rising model.
"Cindy Crawford's a friend of mine, so that's pretty handy,” Lisa said of the Super, whose daughter Kaia Gerber is making a splash in the modeling industry. “[Cindy]'s kind of an expert, I'd say! So anyway, they're very cool and I of course talk to Cindy a lot about it, and to Kris. It's helpful."
Lisa didn't mention consulting her former RHOBH castmate, Yolanda Hadid, for advice on guiding young models' careers. But, Lisa has shared that Yolanda's daughter Gigi Hadid is generous with sharing her wisdom, and even helped teach Delilah Belle how to walk.
That's some model behavior, right there!
