This is What Tamra Judge Actually Paid for Her New House
The Real Housewives of Orange County pal used her real estate savvy to score a great deal.
After selling a gorgeous home that they lived in for under a year but felt was jinxed, Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge are now moving to a beautiful new home in the OC hideaway of Coto de Caza, California, where The Real Housewives of Orange County couple will be neighbors with Vicki Gunvalson.
The house was on the market for $2.095 million, but public records reveal that Tamra and Eddie paid just $1.78 million for it, which is a savvy deal for the former real estate agent- turned-bodybuilder/fitness club owner. Yup, that's $315,000 less than the asking price. Turns out Tamra is a mean negotiator, too!
According to The Los Angeles Times, they sold their old home for $1.75 million but have gained 800 more square feet in the new abode. Their new home, sweet home, has a 4,600-square-foot open floor plan, custom woodwork, dark hardwood floors, and lighting by Restoration Hardware. They left behind a Barbie dream kitchen at their old spot, but landed an even better one with a walk-in pantry and a separate butler's pantry with a wine refrigerator. And then there's an incredible backyard with a pool, spa, grassy areas, and plenty of room for cooking under the stars. A definite upgrade.
The move helps bring Coto de Caza back into focus on RHOC — the gated community was home to most of the 'Wives on Season 1.
