Brielle Biermann Removes Her Lip Fillers: “2020 New Year New Me!”

Brielle Biermann is saying goodbye to her plumped-up lips — at least, for the time being. The 22-year-old Don’t Be Tardy daughter revealed that she recently removed her lip fillers, which she first started getting after she turned 18.

In a recent Instagram Story, Brielle shared a close-up photo of her face, alongside the caption, “Dissolved my lips yesterday…gonna look like 18-year-old Brielle again soon.”

Brielle has been open about her use of lip injections, explaining that she felt insecure about her appearance throughout high school and contemplated getting fillers for years before finally deciding to go through with it after she graduated. Though she’s occasionally had to defend the plumped-up look of her lips against critics, Brielle has consistently stood by her decision to use filler over the last several years.

So what exactly inspired this change? It may have been as simple as the start of a new year. “2020 new year new me!” Brielle wrote in the same snapshot, also confirming that the removal of the filler would likely leave her "black [and] blue for a few days."

Whether or not Brielle’s decision to dissolve her lip filler will stick remains to be seen. Right after posting the above snapshot, the Don’t Be Tardy cast member made it clear she wasn’t thrilled with her pre-filler appearance by sharing several photos of herself as a teenager.

“I know ya’ll know these lips ain’t the vibe,” she wrote alongside one throwback photo.
