Jamie Jason Poses in a Bikini and Reveals Why Her Confidence Has Been "Knocked"
The Below Deck Mediterranean alum posed in a bikini and got very real about her self confidence journey.
Chandler Brooks and Jamie Jason's relationship is going strong: This adorable Below Deck couple just celebrated their one-year anniversary earlier this month. Besides the sweet anniversary post that Below Deck Mediterranean deckhand Jamie shared, writing that her "heart has never been fuller," Jamie just shared more evidence that these two support each other as a couple.
In a new photo on her Instagram, Jamie and Below Deck yachtie Chandler are looking so in love — and super hot — in swimsuits by the shore. In the snap, Chandler's showing his ripped abs in navy swim trunks and Jamie is fierce and toned as always in black string bikini bottoms and plunging maroon bikini top. But Jamie admitted that she's been struggling with her self-confidence lately. The Below Deck Med alum shared her weight loss journey earlier this year as she focused on eating healthier, and now a recent injury has upset her routine.
Jamie wrote in the caption of her post: "I gained a few pounds due to a back injury and my self confidence is really knocked right now, and I’m not the only one in this world, right now, that feels that way."
She urged body shamers to think twice and keep any comments to themselves. "So woman to woman please be gentle to others and man to woman please keep your negative comments to yourself as the slightest comment fowl look can really do so much harm to a woman’s self confidence," Jamie wrote. "Learning to love myself a little bit more each day!"
Yes! Chandler seems to be a such a supportive boyfriend as well. "This man brings out the goofy happy go lucky side in me," Jamie wrote in the caption of the photo.
Jamie's bikini top is from a brand that's all about body positivity too, with a major Below Deck connection: it's from Girl Alliance, the new swim line from Below Deck Med Season 1 stew Julia d'Albert Pusey. (BTW, Below Deck Mediterranean second stew Aesha Scott is a fan of Julia's line too, particularly Girl Alliance's thong bikini.)
