Here’s What Happened When Raquel & Ariana Went to Schwartz & Sandy’s: “Shocker”
Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix and Raquel Leviss showed every delicious detail of a recent night at Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz’s new bar and restaurant.
When Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval’s new cocktail lounge and restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy's, finally opened to the public on November 2, the Vanderpump Rules business partners received an outpouring of love from so many Bravolebs.
In Instagram posts, Scheana Shay declared, “It’s a vibe,” as she took a selfie in the bathroom mirror; Southern Charm’s Olivia Flowers concluded, “This spot was a whole mood”; Raquel Leviss raved about the neon sign in front of the business; and Ariana Madix called the eatery her “favorite spot in L.A.”
“Obsessed doesn’t cover it,” Ariana added in a separate Story. “Tell ’em Ariana sent you and order the mushroom beignets.”
More recently, Ariana and Raquel continued to show their support for the business during a recent night out, and they documented all the delicious details in the process. “Shocker, back in my favorite place,” Ariana said in an Instagram Story video as she sipped a glass of wine. In her caption, she added, “No place I’d rather be.” On the opposite side of the table, Raquel showed the “Fresh Start” cocktail she was drinking and the dishes they were sharing. In addition to Ariana’s go-to mushroom beignets, their food picks for the night included sliders (which Ariana said are “the best”) and a lobster corn dog.
At NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation in May, Schwartz and Sandoval opened up to BravoTV.com about the “delicious, yummy food” to expect on their menu. “We want it to be a fun, funky, chic neighborhood lounge,” Schwartz said, “but we wanted to do a little homage to our Midwest roots.”
