Lala Kent & Katie Maloney-Schwartz Prove Puffer Coats Are Anything But Boring
The Vanderpump Rules friends jetted to Utah's Sundance film festival and packed their very best cold-weather fashion.
You don't get a lot of chances to wear puffer coats when you're living and working in Los Angeles. But rest assured, the ladies of Vanderpump Rules know how to look cute and cozy in freezing weather. We already saw what happens when Stassi Schroeder is "hard core leaning into this snow theme" with her fuzzy white coat and fringed boots in Park City, Utah. Now Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Lala Kent are showing off their cold weather style.
The two friends headed out to Park City this weekend for the Sundance Film Festival, making the rounds on January 24 as Lala's new film project "Spree" is being screened at the festival. Unlike Lala's recent appearances at the SAG Awards, where she stepped out in a velvet gown, the fashion at Sundance is way more casual.
Lala and Katie were on the same wavelength in stand-out puffy jackets: Lala went with a classic, shiny, black puffer while Katie rocked a leopard print coat set off from an all-black outfit, including a black beanie.
Lala brought a dressier coat, too, that's still super cool: Here she is in a furry slate-colored coat that almost reaches her ankles for maximum warmth.
Here's what Lala had on under the coat: a tie-dye hoodie in gradients of black and white that has snowboarder vibes, slouchy leather pants, and boots with blue laces that can handle snow and slush. She is a Utah girl, after all.
