Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, & Scheana Shay Show Their Stunning Gala Style in Chic Black Dresses
The Vanderpump Rules cast members looked so glamorous at a Beverly Hills event.
Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, and Scheana Shay stepped out in style for a good cause over the weekend. On September 30, the Vanderpump Rules cast members attended the Brent Shapiro Foundation's 2023 Summer Spectacular Gala. The trio looked impossibly glamorous in black dresses.
At last year's gala, Lala received an award for her sobriety. And at the 2023 benefit, which took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, the nearly five-years-sober mama was the host. She wore an elegant black gown for her hosting duties, and her friends Katie and Scheana got the style memo.
Katie opted for a black tuxedo dress and pointed-toe stilettos with crystal-flecked buckles. Lala wore a long-sleeved midi dress with mesh shoulders and cut-outs, and paired the dress with matching black heels. Meanwhile, Scheana opted for a satiny number with mesh sides and added clear sandals with black straps.
The three pals struck a pose on the red carpet leading into the event. Standing arm-in-arm, the Vanderpump Rules friend trio showed off radiant beauty looks.

Katie wore her chin-grazing bob straight and sleek, letting the dark hair frame her smoky eyes, dusky pink lips, and contoured cheeks. With her hair piled into a top-of-head updo, Lala had a beautifully bronzed makeup look. Wearing an ultra-high ponytail, Scheana had fluttery lashes, dewy cheeks, and a smoky eye of her own.
The three friends have shown their affinity for black dresses before. When Scheana celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary with Brock Davies back in August, she wore a sparkly LBD for a romantic dinner date. Katie showed off her "business" side in another black, menswear-inspired look that she rocked in August.
And Lala has made her share of dark style statements, too. Back in February, she attended the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premiere party in a nude mesh minidress that was covered with black floral embroidery.
Lala Kent supports the Brent Shapiro Foundation for Drug Prevention
Lala has previously opened up about her support of the Brent Shapiro Foundation for Drug Prevention. "This foundation does such incredible work," Lala wrote in a 2022 Instagram post. "Taking pain and tragedy and turning it into purpose — giving kids the opportunity to [have] a bright future by incentivizing them to stay sober in their most vulnerable and impressionable years."
