We Weren't Ready for Katie Maloney in a "Ridiculous" Naked-Style Shirt with a Nipple Chain
The Vanderpump Rules cast member made our jaws drop with her most recent edgy look.
Over the past few months, we've kept up with Katie Maloney as she's shown off some bold, show-stopping looks. Back in August, for example, the Vanderpump Rules cast member wore a skin-baring style that included a cropped Chicago Bulls jersey paired with a sheer black lacy midi skirt. Then, in September, Katie decided to make a new beauty move with a bold, bright red color (the color was temporary, but it definitely left us in awe!).
More recently, in addition to flaunting her sexy grungy alternative style at BravoCon 2023, Katie is bringing out another head-turning look, this time with a "ridiculous" T-shirt.
Katie Maloney gets edgy in a naked shirt with a nipple chain
On November 6, Kaite took to her Instagram to share her latest fashion move, hopping on her phone to take a mirror selfie in a cropped white T-shirt, black zip-up hoodie, and black wide-leg jeans.
This wasn't any old white T-shirt, however, as Katie pointed out in what she wrote over the Story. "Ridiculous t-shirts feed my soul," Katie wrote over the snap, which showed her T-shirt that featured a nude-like imprint of breasts with nipple rings on each side connected by a chain.
To complement the tee, Katie added a few silver chain necklaces to the mix, also wearing a few silver rings.
Katie Maloney gets a new tattoo
In addition to her edgy fashion look, Katie unveiled a brand new tattoo before BravoCon 2023.
On October 26, the sandwich shop owner was celebrating the launch of her press-on nails collaboration with Quickies when she showed off her new ink. Katie got the tattoo at the launch, which took place at Studio Sashiko, a Los Angeles tattoo and piercing salon co-owned by artist Shaughnessy Keely Otsuji.
At one point during the party, Katie reshared a video of herself sitting over a tattoo bed while Shaughnessy worked on her forearm. Katie later revealed via Instagram the final product: a tiny planet with a ring system. The ink was placed near one of her older tattoos that read: “Love you to the moon.”

One of her most notable pieces, however, is one that reads “11-09-09" — a date that changed Katie's life forever. The former SURver opened up about the tattoo in an Instagram post shared in February 2014, nearly five years after she experienced a near-fatal accident falling through a skylight.
