We Have Exciting News About Ariana Madix & Katie Maloney’s Sandwich Shop

Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix’s sandwich shop, Something About Her, is set to open later this year, and in light of recent events, there are some new updates to share about the business.

In a March 7 Instagram Story, Katie explained that because “so many of you have been asking how to support Ariana, how to support the sandwich shop” amid the current situation involving Ariana, Tom Sandoval, and Raquel Leviss, she had something “really cool to announce” the next day. 

As promised, on March 8, official Something About Her merchandise launched online. The collection includes four crewneck sweatshirts ($49.99 each), three T-shirts ($34.99 each), four hats ($29.99 each), and three phone cases ($18.99 each).

Later that night, Lisa Vanderpump appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and cleared up a misconception about her involvement in Katie and Ariana’s business. When Andy asked Lisa on behalf of a viewer at home “if you’re still planning on investing in Something About Her if you haven’t already,” Lisa explained, “I was never planning [on investing].” 

“I’m there to support them,” she continued. “I don’t want to be in business with every single person who works for me, but I’m there to support them.”

As Vanderpump Rules viewers have seen, Lisa has been giving Ariana and Katie advice on the business since the very early stages, leading Ariana to hint on a Season 9 episode of the show that they would be happy to have the restaurateur financially involved. “We wouldn’t say no if you wanted to [invest],” she said at the time with a laugh. After she went on to ask if Lisa could be their advisor, Lisa quipped, “Well, it seems like that’s what I’m doing anyway, right? For free. Where’s my percentage?”
