With the casts of Southern CharmSummer HouseWinter House, and Vanderpump Rules sharing one stage at BravoCon 2022, things were bound to get a little spicy. Add “Your Body Is a Wonderland” singer John Mayer into the mix, and the Bravoleb bad boys all but caused a five-alarm fire.

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

During Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’s “Charming House Rules” episode, which aired on Thursday, October 20, the Grammy winner served as the announcer for a sexy game of “Name! That! Eff Boy!” All you had to do was guess if each “filthy fact” applied to Vanderpump Rules’ Tom SchwartzTom Sandoval, or James KennedySouthern Charm’s Shep Rose, Austen Kroll, or Craig Conover; or Summer House’s Kyle Cooke or Carl Radke.

“If you’re hoping to get this eff boy aroused, try sporting a pair of elf ears. They’ll turn him on,” Mayer, who was not present, read for one clue. The answer? Schwartz, who told host Andy Cohen, “I love it when they poke out of the hair.”

Andy, for his part, joked back, “Everybody has a fetish.”

Schwartz wasn’t the only Vanderpump Rules cast member to have his “unusual” turn-on put on blast, though. Immediately afterward, none other than Sandoval confessed that he was the eff boy who “gets it up after a swift slap to the face,” as Mayer put it.

Though “pretty much everybody” in the group of eight current and former eff boys later copped to sustaining rug burns as a “sex injury,” only one of them could take responsibility for making out “with a whopping seven different women in the same night” while vacationing in Rio de Janeiro. If you guessed Shep, you would be correct.

Finally, Carl revealed that he has “enjoyed role-playing as a nurse and patient” in the past. “Paging Dr. Hard-On,” the Summer House cast member joked, to which his fiancée, Lindsay Hubbard, replied, "That’s ‘Nurse Hard-On’ to you, my friend.”
