Two Former Bravo's Top Chef Rivals Are Opening a New Restaurant Together

The former foes are now business partners in Los Angeles.

Bruce Kalman and Tyler Anderson, who were friendly foes on Season 15 of Bravo's Top Chef, now plan on opening a brand new restaurant together. West, which will debut somewhere in Los Angeles' Westside in 2019, will be a fast-casual restaurant centered around wood-fired cooking and local ingredients.

How to Watch

Watch Top Chef on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

“I am beyond excited to partner with my Top Chef brother and amazing chef, Tyler Anderson, to bring WEST to LA!" Bruce told The Feast.

West will bring Tyler, who owns Millwright's Restaurant and Tavern in Connecticut, back out to the West Coast.

“The opportunity to open a cool wood-fired restaurant with my BFF Bruce K in the place I was born and raised — it’s magic," Tyler said.
