Wheatgrass-Basil Oil

Ingredients
Apricot oil
1 cup wheatgrass
½ cup basil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup ice

Directions
1. Add everything into blender, being careful not to blend for too long.

Beer Caramel

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
½ cup beer
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cream

Directions
1. Make caramel.
2. Add beer, butter, and cream.

Blue Cornmeal Sable

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup Blue Cornmeal
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
227g Butter
Salt

Directions
1. Add into mixer.
2. Paddle until complete into dough.

Crème Brulee (Popcorn)

Ingredients
1 quart cream (heat on stove)
6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
4 cups popcorn

Directions
1. Mix yolks, sugar, and popcorn.
2. Temper cream into yolk mixture.
3. Strain into ramekins.
4. Bake until firm.
