Eddie Judge Makes This Low-Carb, High-Protein Breakfast in 7 Minutes Using 7 Ingredients

Tamra Judge recently shared her recommendation for the best daily breakfast to integrate into a weight-loss diet. And now, her husband is offering a breakfast recommendation of his own — and it looks incredible.

Eddie Judge took to Instagram to show off a stunning meal freshly made in a skillet, still steaming near the stovetop. The breakfast is gorgeous, with its rainbow of colors, and it's a nutritious, vegetarian meal The Real Housewives of Orange County husband calls a "breakfast for 2" he swears by.

In his Instagram caption, Eddie shared the entire recipe, which includes just "7 simple ingredients."

These are: avocado oil, four egg whites (one yolk), spinach, baby bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, Himalayan salt, and black pepper. (And given that those last two are often just considered add-ons, we'd call this properly a five-ingredient recipe that looks quite easily made.)

Eddie estimates the prep time at just five minutes, with a cook time of two to three minutes. The result is "low carb and high natural flavor. Packed with vitamins and protein."

Eddie, who is a partner with his wife in the new CBD product line, VENA Wellness, recently shared another tip for keeping calories under control — and yes, it has to do with cannabis.
