Padma LakshmiAs the host of Top Chef, Padma Lakshmi is no newbie in the kitchen. She shared one of her favorite meals on Instagram, and it’s a lot easier than you think. “Roast Provençal Chicken. What’s your favorite way to prepare chicken? I like lots of herbs and lemon,” she wrote. In case you’re wondering, “Roast Provençal Chicken” is prepared by dipping the chicken in flour and roasting it with shallots, lemons, garlic and a splash of vermouth. But if you really want your chicken to be Padma-approved, just add herbs and lemon.

Adam GlickAdam Glick has traveled the world as a chef on Below Deck Mediterranean, so he knows how to create a crowd-pleasing dish. He shared the steps to make grill skewers, one of his favorite summer snacks, on his Instagram – and the good news is that you don’t have to be a yachtie or a professional chef to re-create it yourself. All you have to do is “skewer large cubes of pork tenderloin, Jazz Apples, sweet baby bell peppers (whole), and red onion wedges, season with salt pepper and olive oil," he wrote. Then, throw it on the grill until everything is cooked all the way through and serve.

Adrienne MaloofAdrienne Maloof is, admittedly, not one of the best cooks. When she and Lisa Vanderpump tried to make chicken on RHOBH, Adrienne actually brought out hand soap when Lisa asked her to wash the chicken first. Luckily, Adrienne has improved since then and one of her favorite snack recipes is so easy that even she can’t mess it up! She took to Twitter to share how she makes one of her favorite healthy snacks: kale chips. “Yummy kale chips just need 10 minutes on 350 degrees,” she wrote. “Wash, pat dry and dress with olive oil and some salt. Bon Appétit!"

Carla HallWhen The Feast caught up with Carla Hall, a Top Chef alum, she shared a recipe that’s easy enough for anyone to make and appropriate to serve all year ‘round. Carla’s African Groundnut Soup is not only delicious, but you can make it with veggies that you might already have in your house. “In the fall and winter when you’re getting a lot of root vegetables [like] rutabagas, beets, and potatoes, and turnips... I like to smash them." First, throw them all in a pot with some olive oil and let them roast at 400 degrees. Once they’re soft, “you smash them and then you just take some kind of quick vinaigrette to pour on them, then use some onions that have been sitting in that vinaigrette, or some kind of dressing,” she said. And that’s it! Your new go-to side dish.
