Tamra Clarifies What Cosmetic Procedures She’s Had Done — & Reveals the One She Will “Not Do”

Back in 2017, Tamra Judge revealed on a special episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she had a lower facelift just 15 days before.
“This is my 10-year anniversary of being on [The Real Housewives of Orange County]; I’m taking it back to Season 3,” she quipped at the time, crediting Dr. Milind Ambe for the procedure that he later told BravoTV.com “addresses the middle portion of the face, the jawline and jowls, the area around the mouth, and the neck.”
Moreover, Tamra was forthright in an Instagram post describing the procedure along with photos taken immediately afterward.
“I’m open and honest about it because I want women to know that everyone gets old[,] even people on TV[,] and there is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully if that’s what you want...... It’s just not for me! I like to keep it real!” she wrote at the time.
More recently, we caught up with the Orange County mom as she disclosed exactly what cosmetic work she’s had done and what beauty routines she swears by.
Tamra Judge talks about her cosmetic procedures
In a June text Q&A session with fans, Tamra first detailed the aforementioned lower facelift procedure, then divulged more about her go-to touch-ups.
“[I’ve] had Botox. I do not do fillers! I also keep my face out of the sun,” she shared, adding another special tip: “I love IPLs once a year.”
ICYMI: Tamra shared the graphic details of the skincare procedure with a difficult-seeming recovery back in February. IPL, or intense pulsed light therapy, is, according to WebMD, a treatment that “uses light energy” to target areas of the skin and can “treat a range of skin conditions” at once, unlike lasers.
Via her Instagram Stories, Tamra shared what “Day 3” of her therapy looked like, showing fans a photo of the effects of the treatment from Cosmediki Medical Aesthetics. She revealed how “spots” on her chest were “turning darker” and were “[a] little itchy and red.”

In addition to her lower facelift and Botox, Tamra also shared in 2021 that she likes to get another little something done on occasion.
“Did you have a lip lift or are those fillers in your lips?” a fan wrote at the time in an “Ask Me Anything” thread on Instagram. “Because your lips look perfect.”
Posing with a close-up view of the pout in question, the blonde beauty shared a candid response.
“I’ve had them plumped up a few times,” Tamra wrote. “I get the urge about every other year when I see someone with full lips.”
