Tamra Tried This Beauty Treatment for the "First Time” Ahead of the RHOC Reunion

The mother of four touched on the topic in Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 reunion. At the beginning of the sit-down, host Andy Cohen asked the cast members to share their preparation for the big day, specifically pressing them on their beauty treatments. Tamra, who has never been shy about sharing her cosmetic procedure journey, revealed she had tried a relatively new treatment that aims to enhance eyebrow definition.
“I got my eyebrows laminated,” she said, prompting Andy to ask, “What does that mean?”
“That means they perm them with perm solution to make them go up,” she explained. “First time.”
Eyebrow lamination is a semi-permanent procedure that straightens and lifts brow hairs to create a smoother, thicker, and neater look. The treatment typically involves a perm solution and neutralizer, which places the brow hairs in a tidy, slicked-up position that covers natural gaps. Although one can achieve a similar, temporary look through the use of brow gel, eyebrow lamination usually lasts up to six weeks.

Tamra went on to confirm she had her eyebrows microbladed and received some botox before the reunion; the latter of which left her with a minor bruise.
Fellow OC ’Wife Gina Kirschenheiter also revealed she got her nails before the special, while Emily Simpson said she underwent an invasive cosmetic procedure.
“I had surgery on my eyelids two weeks ago and didn’t know how it was going to look,” she said, before confirming with Heather Dubrow that the procedure was called blepharoplasty. “Yeah, that. They take the extra skin off the eyelids. I was cutting it down to the wire.”
Although Emily looked incredible at the reunion, Gina admitted she was concerned about her castmate's recovery time.
“I was like, ‘I don’t think you should go,’” Gina recalled. “Like, it was bad when we saw [Emily] for coffee.”

Andy then asked the ladies who they thought had the best reunion “look” other than themselves. Jennifer Pedranti said she thought Shannon Storms Beador’s dress was “fun,” while Tamra admitted she liked what everyone delivered.
“I think everybody looks great,” she told Andy.
“Yeah, everybody looks good,” Heather added. “I think everyone looks like themselves.”
Part 1 of the RHOC Season 17 reunion will air Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, and Part 2 will premiere on Oct. 11.
