This Is the "Very, Very Good Wine" Jen Armstrong Couldn't Stop Talking About
Heather Dubrow revealed the exact bottle of wine that made such a splash at her dinner party on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
As Heather Dubrow planned a "last minute" dinner party on the March 2 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, she was consumed with perfecting the menu, service, and decor. Little did she know, the thing that would impress one of her guests the most was the wine.
After several glasses of champagne and white wine during the dinner, Dr. Jen Armstrong couldn't stop raving about the "fantastic" red wine she was drinking. No, she really couldn't stop raving. "It's very good," Jen said before repeating herself four times. In case she wasn't totally clear, she then declared, "This is really good wine," and repeated that five more times as the night continued.
If, like us, you were wondering about the clearly noteworthy wine, you're in luck. In a March 3 Instagram Story, Heather shared a photo of the bottle of Bello Family Vineyards' 2013 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon and quipped, "Here's the 'VERY VERY GOOD WINE' !!!"
While the wine was clearly special, the food for the night was also incredibly impressive. In addition to ahi tuna, French onion soup, and chopped salad, there was steak, chicken, onion rings, French fries, and a variety of desserts. "To me, a dinner party is like putting on a stage production," Heather said in an interview during the episode. "Unfortunately, I didn't have as much time to prepare for this party, so it's a little simpler than what I usually do."
