Luann de Lesseps Clarifies if She’s Had Cosmetic Work Done Recently
The Real Housewives of New York City alum shared why she has a new glow as of late.
If you're like us, you've been obsessed with some of Luann de Lesseps's gorgeous styles as of late. Moreover, you've likely noticed how utterly stunning The Real Housewives of New York City alum looks on the beauty front, as well, with impeccable skin and shiny tresses.
So, you might wonder, what's her secret?
During a recent appearance on Keep It!'s podcast, Keep It Real, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 4 cast member detailed exactly why she has Bravoholics asking about her go-to routines, and if they involve anything cosmetic.
Luann de Lesseps clarifies if she's had cosmetic work done
On the November 10 episode of the podcast, host Ira Madison asked Luann how she continues to "look so damn good," joking, "What is the skincare routine? What is going on, Luann?"
The Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Lake Crappie cast member explained, "It's funny because...people are really loving the longer hair. I feel like the longer hair really does make my face look thinner. And everybody's going, 'What did you do?' and...I haven't really done anything aside from little injections of Botox but...I really haven't done anything except get a little thinner, grow my hair longer, and bump up my style."
Luann continued by noting that her beauty on the outside reflected how she's been feeling on the inside as of late.
"This is a part of my life where I feel like I'm really in the driver's seat. I'm having a great time. I'm happy, I'm single, and I'm enjoying that," she shared. "I'm just doing all kinds of things with television and cabaret [...] I'm really living my dream right now. I think when someone's happy you can really see the difference."

We've definitely noticed how Luann has "[bumped] up" her style as of late, considering two of her recent looks that made us do a double take.
On October 12, Luann took to her Instagram with a series of photos where she posed in a sequined boxy white crop top and matching flared pants by Nicole Miller. The brunette beauty paired her matching set with heeled white boots, silver bangle bracelets, silver hoop earrings, and a silver statement necklace. She also rocked her shoulder-lenght tresses in a '60s-style flip, perfectly completing the overall look.
Additionally, Luann wowed us just a couple days later when she posed in a gorgeous Jovani look for the 2023 God's Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards.
Luann's look appeared to be the Illusion Cutout Bodice jumpsuit by Jovani ($750) with curved mesh cutouts along the front, long sleeves, and wide-leg pants.
