Dorinda Medley's Secret for a Tighter "Lower Face and Neck" — Without Surgery

Last year, we followed Dorinda Medley along as she embarked on a new fitness journey. Since then, The Real Housewives of New York City pal has continued to hit the gym hard and maintain her healthy lifestyle, and it appears that she has taken on a new mission — a skincare one that is. 

Like fellow 'Wife Kyle Richards, Dorinda favors laser treatments when it comes to maintaining a smooth and youthful appearance, and the RHONY beauty has come across two new cosmetic procedures to try. Recently, on Instagram, Dorinda shared that she is currently undergoing six rounds of a treatment combo at Permanent Touch Cosmetics in Woodbury, New York, to "tighten, brighten, and lift my lower face and neck!" The combo includes laser and light therapy systems SkinTyte & Forever Young BBL by Sciton. So far, Dorinda appears to be beyond happy with the treatment. "I really saw a huge difference after my first treatment!" she shared. 

So what exactly are these procedures that have Dorinda grinning from ear to ear? SkinTyte is a non-surgical laser treatment that uses infrared light technology to help promote contraction and partial coagulation of collagen in the skin, initiating the body's natural healing process, and leading to the appearance of firmer skin. Forever Young BBL uses light therapy to prevent further skin aging down to the gene level and targets sun damage. (In other terms, it basically stops the clock on skin aging.)

We're not exactly sure how many rounds of treatment Dorinda has undergone so far, but this NYC mama is definitely glowing.
