Teresa Gets the “Perfect” Anniversary Gift from Louie: “I Love Love Love Them”

Selecting an anniversary gift isn’t always easy, especially when you’re committed to someone who seemingly has everything. Although it’s hard to go wrong with classic options, like flowers or a card, Luis “Louie” Ruelas decided to go the extra mile, opting for something that was both thoughtful and sparkly.

On Friday, August 11, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice posted an Instagram video that showed her and Louie celebrating their first year of marriage. The clip began with the Jersey mom sitting in front of a black gift box emblazoned with the name “Diamond Nexus,” a fine jewelry company known for its financially accessible and conflict-free stones.
“I’ve been wanting lab-grown diamonds. Oh my god!” Teresa said as she opened a smaller jewelry box. “They’re heart-shaped diamonds! I’ve been wanting heart-shaped diamonds, babe, because our theme at our wedding was hearts! I’m gonna wear them! I love them!”
Teresa calls the anniversary gift “so perfect”
The mother of four continued to gush over the gift in the caption: “I love these STUNNING lab grown diamond heart-cut studs [Louie] got me from [Diamond Nexus] for our anniversary… Everyone knows how much I love hearts so they are so perfect! I love love love them.”

Teresa’s Heartfelt Message to Louie
The RHONJ OG walked down the aisle on August 6, 2022, nearly two years after she and Joe Giudice finalized their divorce. Teresa and Louie recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a trip to Mykonos, Greece, where they were joined by Teresa and Joe’s four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana — and Louie’s youngest son, Louie Ruelas Jr.
On August 6 of this year, Teresa shared a heartwarming Instagram post in honor of her and Louie’s relationship milestone. The video montage featured cinematic shots of the couple’s wedding day at the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
“Happy Anniversary to the love of my life,” she captioned the post. “Thank you for bringing so much joy, happiness, and love into my life. You are so thoughtful, charming, and considerate.
